- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows approximately
Prep the pan: Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and glossy.
Add the dry ingredients: Whisk in the cocoa powder and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fill the liners: Spoon about 1.5 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture into each cupcake liner. Tap the pan gently to remove air bubbles.
Add mini marshmallows: Press a small handful of mini marshmallows into the top of each puck while the chocolate is still warm.
