1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.

Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the plant-based milk, oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
Make the Batter: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped Oreos.
Fill the Donut Pan: Add batter to a piping bag and pipe the batter into the donut cavities, filling each about 3/4 full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. Let them cool in the pan completely before adding glaze
Once donuts have cooled completely, whisk the powdered sugar, plant-based milk, and vanilla until smooth. Adjust the consistency as needed by adding more milk or powdered sugar.
Decorate Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze and sprinkle with finely crushed Oreos. Let the glaze set for at least 20 minutes.
