- 24 mini pretzel twist Or as many as you want
- 24 unwrapped Rolo candies 1 for each pretzel
- 24 Valentine's day M&Ms 1 for each pretzel
Prep your pan by lining a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat. Preheat your oven to 250°F (just enough to melt the Rolos a little bit)
Spread mini pretzel twists in a single layer so they are not overlapping on your baking sheet.
Place one unwrapped Rolo candy in the center of each pretzel twist. Try to keep them standing upright so they melt evenly. Also, try to place them in the center of the pretzel so they stay balanced while you press the M&M in.
Slide the tray into the oven for about 3 to 4 minutes; you want the Rolos soft and glossy but not completely melted or flattened. Check after 3 minutes; if a Rolo looks shiny and gives slightly when nudged with a toothpick, it is ready.
Remove the tray from the oven and set it on a heat safe surface. Immediately press one Valentine’s M&M into the center of each softened Rolo, pressing straight down so the chocolate spreads slightly and hugs the pretzel. Cool the tray at room temperature until the chocolate firms up, about 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the fridge if your kitchen is warm.
