Cuisine American
- 1 pan prepared brownies homemade or box mix are fine
- 2-3 cups sliced, fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 6 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Prepare the Brownie Layer
Bake your brownies according to package or recipe directions (8×8 for thicker pieces works best).
Let them cool completely so they cut cleanly. Cut the brownies into small cubes; ½–¾-inch pieces work best.
Make the Cream Cheese Filling
Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar (if using) until completely smooth.
Add vanilla
Fold in the Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
Put in a piping bag for easy layering
Layer the Parfaits
Start with a layer of brownie cubes at the bottom of each glass.
Pipe or spoon on a layer of the cream cheese filling.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
Repeat layers: brownie, filling, strawberries, if you have room in your glass
Serve
For a softer, more blended texture, chill 30–60 minutes before serving. For the crispest brownie texture, serve immediately after layering.
Top with whipped cream before serving
