Preheat oven to 350°F and grease loaf pan
Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a separate bowl. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together melted butter and sugars until smooth.
Add in eggs, vanilla and pumpkin with butter and sugars. Mix until well incorporated.
Add in half of the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Then, add in buttermilk and the rest of the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Pour about half of your batter into your greased loaf pan. Then, carefully pour the nutella on top of the batter and spread out, leaving about a 1/2-inch to 1-inch border around the edges.
Pour the rest of the batter on top of the Nutella.
Place dollops of Nutella on top of all the batter and swirl with a knife.
Bake at 350° F for 50-60 minutes. Make sure a toothpick inserted into the very center comes out clean, as the edges will bake before the center.
