- 18 Double Stuf Oreos
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 12 oz peanut butter melting candies
- 1-2 tsp coconut oil
Place Oreos and cream cheese in a food processor. Pulse until they form a thick, consistent dough.
Roll your dough into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill your Oreo balls in the fridge for about an hour, or the freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt your peanut butter melting candies according to the package instructions. Add 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil to make them a little bit thinner. Stir until the coconut oil is thoroughly incorporated and the mixture is uniform.
Dip each chilled Oreo ball in the peanut butter coating, allowing as much excess to drip off as possible.
Carefully place coated Oreo balls back on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper to set.
Optional: Drizzle your peanut butter Oreo balls with some extra chocolate.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
