Oreo M&M Blondies

These soft, chewy Oreo & M&M blondies are super easy dessert bars made with melted butter, brown sugar, chopped Oreos and colorful M&Ms. No mixer needed and perfect for parties, bake sales, or fast easy desserts at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-1 1/2 cups M&Ms plus extra to sprinkle on top
  • 12-15 Oreos roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined (avoid overmixing).
  • Fold in about ¾ of the M&M’s and most of the chopped Oreos (save the rest for the top).
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes (until they’re about ¾ done), then carefully sprinkle the reserved M&M’s and Oreos pieces over the top.
  • Bake for an additional 10–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
