- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups orange and brown M&Ms or Halloween M&Ms if you can find them

Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing.
Fold in most of the M&Ms, sprinkles and chopped Oreos, but save a little bit of each to sprinkle on top later.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle extra M&M’s, sprinkles and a few chopped Oreos on top for decoration
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
