- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups fall-colored M&M's I mostly just picked out the blue ones
- 1/2 cup fall-themed sprinkles
- 10 Oreos roughly chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, whisking until well combined.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Don’t over mix, as this this keeps the blondies soft and chewy
Gently fold in most of the M&Ms, chopped Oreos, and sprinkles, leaving some aside for the top. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes, then quickly sprinkle the reserved M&Ms, Oreos and sprinkles evenly over the partially baked blondies.
Return the pan to the oven and continue baking for another 10–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before cutting into square
