Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fall-colored M&M's I mostly just picked out the blue ones
  • 1/2 cup fall-themed sprinkles
  • 10 Oreos roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, whisking until well combined.
  • Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Don’t over mix, as this this keeps the blondies soft and chewy
  • Gently fold in most of the M&Ms, chopped Oreos, and sprinkles, leaving some aside for the top. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, then quickly sprinkle the reserved M&Ms, Oreos and sprinkles evenly over the partially baked blondies.
  • Return the pan to the oven and continue baking for another 10–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before cutting into square
