  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup red and green M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles
  • 12-15 Oreos roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
  • Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  • Fold in ¾-ish cups of M&M’s, most of the sprinkles and most of the Oreos (reserve the rest for decorating the top).
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, then sprinkle extra M&M’s, sprinkles and a few chopped Oreos on top for decoration
  • Bake for an additional 10-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
