- 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Christmas-colored sanding sugar
In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and cookie butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into smooth balls between your palms. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. You can use a melon baller or a small cookie scoop to get even-sized balls.
Roll each truffle in red sanding sugar until evenly coated. The bright, sparkly finish gives them a festive holiday look.
