Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups red and blue M&M's white works too, if you can find them
  • 1/2 cup red and blue sprinkles you can also include white if you have them
  • 10 Oreos roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
  • Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing.
  • Fold in 1 ¼-ish cups of M&M’s (reserve the rest for decorating the top), sprinkles and chopped Oreos (save some of these for decorating the top, too!)
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle extra M&M’s and a few chopped Oreos on Top for Decoration
  • Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
